When I select the country, only the first state or province is shown in the dropdown. I have tried reinstalling HikaShop and have reviewed the zones. I do not see a problem. So, can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi,

None of your warnings are related to HikaShop.

Your issue is related to the "chosen" library ; the data is right there but the display is not fine.
Please deactivate the setting in HikaShop to force the loading of that lib.
If the lib is still added (by your template for example), you'll need to perform some debugging in order to fix the display/css.
