Checkout not working.

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.30
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : SAFARI 9.0.1

I want to know if there is anything wrong with the settings that I have attached for the shopping cart workflow, default configuration, and plugins?
My cart worked at the end of November but has caused major problems since the beginning of December. I am uncertain of the cause.

I have downloaded and reinstalled the latest version of HIkashop and that has not fixed it.
I am using shippable and virtual, paypal payment, and usps shipping plugin.
These all worked great until they didn’t, for both national and international shipping.

I have not installed any new plugins or extensions in the time since the checkout was working.

Customers have “tried to create multiple times but the website just refreshes and dose nothing. So I have items in my cart but cannot purchase”.

Hi,

I made a test on your website, but I had no problem with your checkout.
I was able to go through it and see your paypal payment page.
So it seems to be working just fine.

I have just attempted to purchase from my site and upon checkout I received an error message.
Do you know what could be wrong?

I followed the link and made the suggested changes but I still receiving error messages.
How should I proceed to sort out this major problem?

Hello,

Did you tried the "Hikashop side" solution ?

On the HikaShop side:
Open your phpmyadmin (a tool provided by your hosting company in order to administer your database) and select your database. There, increase the auto_increment value of the hikashop_order table by running a query like this:
ALTER TABLE jos_hikashop_order auto_increment = 100000;
That query will result in the order id of your orders to start at 100000. That way, it won't conflict with other e-commerce application using your paypal account with order ids starting at 0 like HikaShop does by default. Note that if you use another table prefix than jos_ you need to change it to your table prefix in the query.
