Can't get passed shipping method on checkout

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.7
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.45

I have manual shipping set up with price per product selected. (See screenshot for configuration.) I can add products into the cart. Whatever step my shipping is in, I can't get passed than step. If I move the shipping info to different steps I can't get passed whatever step that is in. It just refreshes the page. Step 3 is where the shipping is currently. I've searched for any possible causes and dug through the configuration, but I can't figure out what is causing this. What can I do from here?

Hello,

What do you mean by " I can't get passed"
- Do you mean reach the step (with shipping method)?
- OR you are able to reach it but not to continue?
- OR no Shipping method are found?

Do you have a message error? When you click to next nothing happened?...

"I can't get passed" means I can't go beyond. I get to the step that the shipping method is on. The shipping method is there. I click the next button and the page just refreshes and doesn't go to the next step. That happens no matter where I put the shipping method in the workflow. There are no errors or warnings. My template does have the Joomla! message code so errors will show if there are any.

I have had to put the cart in catalog mode as more customers were trying to purchase products and getting frustrated that they couldn't. Let me know where to send credentials if you need to put it in cart mode to see its functioning.

Please download again the latest version install package on our website and install it on yours and that should add a patch in order to fix that.

I did as you said... downloaded and installed new package, but I still get the same results. It won't go passed the shipping step.

Use your "Contact Form" to pass us : administrator access AND ftp access
Don't forget to add this forum subject in the contact form message subject.

We will process some test because right now I can't see what's wrong...
Last question, did someone add custom code in your HikaShop Extension?

I'm unable to process test, if I can't add product in the cart...as I wish.

No custom code has been added.

The site is in catalogue mode. HikaShop > System > Configuration > Features > Main > Catalogue Mode: Yes

If the you turn the store on to test, please make sure you turn it back to catalogue mode if the issue is not corrected.

Hello,

With some tests, I can now tell you that your issue come from your template, that don't allow to go more far than step 3.
Two solutions :
Via Ftp program, change this file name :

"templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/checkout/"

I hope this allow to keep all design characteristics from your template AND remove the issue.
If this leads to other troubles, the second solution is to contact your template creator.
