integrate Pro6pp in Hikashop

In Belgium and the Netherlands we have a service that is called Pro6PP.
When a user fills in the postal zipcode it automatic fills in the street and city.
I have send a message to the Pro6PP to make a plugin for Joomla Hikashop.
They told me that it isn't difficult to integrate it.
And there is a page with a lot of flavours for example, even for virtuemart
I have zero PHP skills and have really no idea how to do this.

Is it hard to make this autocomplete code in the checkout of Hikashop?
