Hi,

We have still 404 error on step 3 of checkout process.
Can you help us the shop is out of order now.

I did the changes in order.php and mail.php but no result

Joomla 3.5.1
PHP versie 5.5.30
HikaShop Business 2.3.2, Joomla!™ Shopping Cart Extension

hello,

we still got the same problem in the hikashop step 3 . i have made the changes suggested below. but i still get this warning. See attachment. we run our site hetisonswerk.nl on a joomla 3.5.1 and have the latest version of hikashop the 2.6.3
please help

@zewiweb: you need to update your HikaShop.

@HIOW_HIKA:
Somewhere in the settings of HikaShop, you have the text:

Part of the message is hidden for the guests. Please log in or register to see it.

Remove the ; and what you have after and it should fix the problem.

Hello Nicolas,

I have checked all the settings with our backup site and that is working fine. in the hikashop main configuration under emails we have only the emailadresses sepperated with a , but in the email self we have the mailadresses ; seperated , so it is very strange for us that both sites are the same only the joomla version is different the backupsite is 3.4.8 and the live site 3.5.1?
what could it be more?

Hi,

That's a bug introduced by Joomla 3.5.1, so it's normal that you don't have the problem with the 3.4.8
If you get that error, make sure that you don't have ; in the email address fields.
