Hikashop 3 double orders

Hi,

There is some issue with double orders and I can reproduce it.

1. Login and add some product.
2. Logout.
3. Add some product and login. You will have only last product you added in the cart.
4. Do checkout with manual bank transfer as example. At the end of the checkout (thank you page) where is shown bank details. Refresh page and you will get another order with first item in cart + with default auto selected shipping and payment methods.

I just have received such order and had to spent some time to figure it out.
