No "Thank you page" after contact during order

Bonjour,
I searched the forum without success: When I write a comment during the checkout process (next to "Pay now"-button), I can send it, I get it, but there is no page confirming or saying thank you to the customer that the message has been sent.
Can this be activated somewhere?

This issue was reported to us 1 month ago here:

Updating to HikaShop 4.4.5 (you're using the 4.4.4 and not the 4.4.5 as you stated in your first message) will fix the problem. Or you can also apply the fix as explained on that other thread.

But I would like to have some "thank-you"-text written in it...

If you don't see the thank you message, it's likely because your template is not displaying system messages:

Thanks a lot for your help, but before I go further to Joomshaper: Is a display message that little square message in the right bottom corner, that pops-up? I just saw this one, and if that's it, I guess this should be made bigger. Also for the "Shopping cart" empty message, that would be an improvement I guess for future releases...

Hi,

Ah yes I had missed that message on your screenshot.
That notification box is the message display mechanism.
I suppose your template has custom CSS to more the messages area to the bottom right corner and thus you'll need some CSS code to override that behavior.
Since it's something coming from your template, asking your template provider will be the way to go.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in HikaShop for that as HikaShop just asks Joomla to display the messages and then it's up to the template to output the HTML and the corresponding CSS.
