Checkout screen is repeated if custom field price is enabled and configured

Hi,

I'm using the plugin Custom Field Price to add an additional fee to orders, so I created an order custom field to add its value as an additional price before redirecting to the payment gateway.

Before configuring the custom field price plugin, the checkout process is working well.

After configuring the plugin, the checkout screen that have the order custom field is repeated twice after clicking the next button, then it moves to the next step after clicking the button for the second time.

I'm showing the order custom field on the checkout screen by adding it to the checkout workflow.
