Orders Are Being Cancelled At Checkout

I think this may have started after my upgrade to newest version of hikashop but currently nobody is able to successfully checkout after entering their information. I've tested with different cards and no luck, purchased stripe plugin again and reinstalled but still no luck. Just not sure what else to check. Please help

I resolved the issue. Amount was to small for purchase
