Options don't refer to product in checkout view

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 4.1.5
-- PHP version -- : 8.0.0
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 103.0.5060.134

I have a "product A" and on the product page I can order this product with some options. But in the checkout I can't see anymore which option refers to "product A". Every option is just shown as single row like it is a product on its own. But I need a checkout like in your example here:

In your demo I can see the product with all the clicked options and ONE price for the whole combination in a SINGLE ROW. How did you do that? I can't find any explanation for setting this up.

Hi Philip, many thanks for this advice - of course it worked. I was sure I tried this out but maybe I didn't save or ... I don't know.
