ajax upload jpg fails, message "file not found"

-- PHP version -- : 7.4
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : file not found

Hi,

I upgraded to version 4.6.2, but the Ajax file field seems to upload jpg files, but in the backend I get a message "file not found". The file is shown in the backend order, but is not uploaded to the media/safe upload folder.

I temporary downgraded to hika 4.6.0, to solve the problem for now.

Hi,

I'm not able to reproduce the problem on my end. The upload and download of the files with an AJAX File type custom item field in HikaShop 4.6.2 works fine for me.
Could you provide a screenshot of the custom field ?
Could you make a copy of the website with HikaShop 4.6.2 and the issue so that we could check it out ?

Hi,

I went to the custom field. There's an option "Delete files". I have two ajax upload fields (1 for private customers and one for bussiness). At 1 of these custom fileds the option is activated on the second it is not.

I did a new test with Hika 4.6.2 and it seems that the image is deleted after upload on the product page. The same test with the "Delete files" field deactivated the image remains as it should.

I just tried with the "Delete files" setting activated and then deactivated. In either case, it works fine.
So I'm still not able to reproduce.
Could you provide a screenshot of the custom field ?
Could you make a copy of the website with HikaShop 4.6.2 and the issue so that we could check it out ?

The version is already 4.6.2 now, the field works fine with the "Delete files" deactivated. The screenshot is in the attachement.

Could you also provide a screenshot of the settings at the top of that page ?
Can you confirm that you still have the issue if you activate back that "delete files" setting ?

I didn't try to re-activate the delete files option. But I did, and it seems the issue is solved.
