Hello,
at the moment the customer has to log into the customer area first to find his purchased downloads. This link is provided in the email.
Is there a possibility to insert direct download links into email so that the customer has not to log into his customer area first.

Hi,

If you configure your checkout to offer "guest" checkout mode (changing the settings of the "login & registration" area of the HikaShop configuration, the customers who purchased products as guests will have a download link which will allow them to download without having to login.
