Can I add an Info button to a Characteristic

I have started building my shop and have sat and worked out how to make the characteristics work and they are changing the prices as you go through them which is great.

However my Client would like the little Blue info buttons that you get when using options for a description of the item.
My product listing looks a lot cleaner using characteristics the add different prices to the products rather than listing them like options do
