Best Way To Offer Free Shipping On ONly Selected

Hi,

I had set up my shop where on the back end if I put 1 lb for shipping then it would be free shipping. So it is set as 1to1 lb is free. All the rest of the cart is setup by product price for shipping.

However, is there a better method to offer the free shipping on only selected items?

I am having an odd glitch where if I add characteristics (which have no cost) at checkout it drops the free shipping. If I don't add characteristics then the free shipping appears again.

Hi,

There is no such option in the manual shipping plugin.
I think that the best way to implement it is to create a custom plugin in order to set up the rule directly in the plugin.
