Issues with editing product description

Hi,

We do not seem to be able to edit some of the product descriptions. Some of the products update ok, but we have one in particular that does not work. Also, links in that product's page seem to pick up a small tag in it. To better understand what i mean, please go here www.kilikanoon.com.au/shop/all-wines/pro...ethod-traditionnelle
When you hover above the "Read Reviews" at the bottom of the description you would take you to the page it should, but you cannot navigate from there to anything else...
The link in the "read reviews" for some reason gets a small insert of ~kilikanoon

I could remove it, but i cannot get the product description to save.

I have tried editing other products, and creating new ones, and all work ok.

Any suggestions as to what the problem could be???

Hi,

You cannot save anymore the description of this product ?
It is a weird problem that would be difficult to reproduce on our side.
Would it be possible to have a backend access in order to test it and found the source of the problem ?

Hi,

Thanks for the access.

When you have a product with variants, you can set a description for each variant but if you let the description empty, it would display the description of the main product.
In your case, you had two descriptions for your two variants so, the link where wrong because the description of your variants were wrong.

You could edit the description of the main product but it would use the description of the variants that's why you thought it wasn't updated.
