Hello,
I have a bunch of variant prices for a product but I can't seem to get them to override the default price.

Is there a setting I need to select for this to work correctly?

Regards,
Philip Noon

Hello,

See this tutorial to understand how variant have to be set from the product configuration page.

More specific in your case, check that you have correctly set the price IN your variant configuration.
If everything seems correctly setted can you provide variant configuration screenshot that don't add his own price to the main product.

Regards

Hello,

That's actually weird, does it works if you unset the prices of the main product and if you only leave the price of your product variants ?

I have already tried that. I deleted the default price, but then on the front end nothing appears at all even if you change your characteristic options.

Hello,

Strange do you have some override view on your "listing_price" View ?
Check this in Components => HikaSHop => Configuration, in Display dropdown select Views, then use the three dropdown filters with :
Product/ Your frontend template/ Frontend.
And look for listing_price if you have a little trash icon, save your custom view on your side, and click on this little trash icon to delete it.
Process some tests to see if that solve your issue.

Other guess, if you have some variants that's works maybe when your create this product soimething went wrong (in DataBase ?)
Can you try to re-create your main product and to redefine variants, and see if for a reason or another that do the trick.

If nothing works, provide us some backend access references via our Contact us form, add an Url link to this topic in your message.
Awaiting news from you.

Regards

Hello,
I have created a brand new product manually and it seems to work correctly when swapping through the options.

However all my products on the site have been imported via CSV with a cron job upload every so often. Could this be causing the issue?

Hello ,
I have just realised that when using the CSV cron job I checked the CSV content and the price permissions are all set to 1 (public) and so I changed to all and the prices are all appearing now.

Thanks for your help though.
