Time resets, when first entering date from or date to

Hi,

I found, when I try too limit product availability by date and time, that time entered is reset to current time automatically, when entering for the first time. Steps to reproduce (also on demo shop)
- open product in administration
- select date from calendar in Available from field from calendar
- modify manually time
- save, and see the field - the time is changed to current time
- modify time again and save again - the time will remain as entered

Is this bug?
