strange visualisation after upgrade

Can you check that you haven't create an override view ?
More especially, in your product/listing_list ?

I have look your page, and even if you use the HikaShop 3.5.0, and you continu to have the span system and the bootstrap.
My point is to check that you haven't create an override from an old HikaShop listing_list, and as the override is now to old, that can't work.



From this :
1° You remove the override view (and you keep on your side your override code), and process some test to see if that solve your display issue.
2° You create a new override from the current Listing_list (to keep your added feature from your override)

Hope this will help you to get the root issue.

Can you try to do test with a default template like Protostar by example ? More if you have any Display plugins, I advice you to disable as well to process your tests.
Plus, can you provide in order to check everything your Item Menu configuration screenshot (item Id 326), and more especially the Product options tab ?

I just have a look on your website backend :

And it appears that you have a lot of override view and I don't check if this is true for all views but the listing_div is from the HikaShop 2.6.1.

There is no surprised that this leads to issue, and to be honest I'm even surprised that this isn't worst.
I can only advice you, as told previously to update your override view on your current HikaShop version, otherwise I'm afraid that other problems will occur...

So, if I follow you well you don'y have did theses customizations ? In my mind the most simple way will be to clone your website.
That will allow you to remove all customization and see the difference with the original.

Maybe you will see no important differences or only for aesthetic reason.
Some can be maybe realize by only custom Css like show in this tutorial

Other customization can maybe aim to modify the HikaShop functioning or adding specific features, this type will be more complex and required html & php knowledge.

Knowing what was the aim of this customization to better know how to proceed, and maybe guide you or ask for it to one of our partners .
