Only existing members should be able to purchase

Hi. My site relies on AEC to handle memberships. (We are a distribution company)

Once approved, these members (retailers/dealers) are offered many features and privileges.

We would like our store to be browsable to all visitors, with retail pricing displayed.

However, we would only like the pre-approved members (retailers/dealers) to be able to purchase in our store.

For any casual/non registered user, we would like to display something like: We apologize, but we do not offer direct sales, to find a retailer near you please click on this link.
If you are a retailer seeking membership, please click on this link to apply (links to the AEC membership part of our site).

Would this be possible with HikaShop?
