Emails aren't being sent

Hello, I have installed Hikashop on Joomla 1.7. Everything seems to work fine, but the emails to notify admins of purchases are not being sent. Could I please get some help. I have entered addresses in Config > Email as follows:

From address: emailone@email
Reply-to: emailone@email
Bounce: emailone@email
Payment notifications: emailone@email, emailtwo@email
Order creation: no address given

Hi,

In the order creation notification email address option, you should add your email address if you want to receive a notification when an order is created.
Also, I see that the from address and your payment notification email address is the same. Because of that, the emails might go to your spam folder so please check that.

Okay, it sent the order creation notification when I entered the email there. However, I really want it to send the email when the payment is completed and it's still not doing so. I am using Paypal as my gateway. It sends the payment notification to the paypal email, but not the address specified in "Payment notifications: emailone@email, emailtwo@email" in Hikashop.

Hm, well it has to be the last one then. "You have a security component which forbids scripts to contact your website. You should ask a solution from your security component provider." Any ideas on how to go about solving that?

Did you install an security component on your website ?

If no then it's probably one of the other points.

What do you mean by security component. I have Community builder and CB subs installed, plus https:// activated.

CB is not related to that.
What I mean by security component is this kind of components:
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/access-...rity/site-protection

Could you give a link to your shop ? We might be able to find out more about your problem by looking at the checkout.

Ok, I don't have any of those components installed. My store is only accessible to a certain user group. I have created a test user and will PM you the info.

Could you try to have only one email address in the payment notification address option ? Does it work better ?

Nope it doesn't change anything. I still only receive emails when the order is created. No emails on payment confirmation.

Could you activate the debug mode of your payment method, try again, and then look at the payment log file in the Files tab of the configuration of HikShop ?
Do you see something in there ?

Okay, I did that. When clicking the button to pay the attached screen displayed and then proceeded on to Paypal and everything went as normal except for the message.

When I tried to load the payment log file all the screen said was "Could not load any order for your notification"

I got the access and I was able to login to your back end. But I couldn't display your products listings. I got the error:
Access to this menu item not allowed without subscription.

Could you do something on that so that we can easily look at the problem from the front end ?

I can see that none of your emails are sent.
Please configure your email settings in Joomla properly.
I can see that you're apparently using hostgator for your hosting. They recommend that you use SMTP, which is not the case in your configuration.
