Paypal payment cancelled

Hi,
Playing with all cases during the checkout workflow, when I cancel the payment in Paypal, my order gets the status 'cancelled' in fronted sales history of the customer.

In the backend, the history 'Order status' is cancelled, but the 'Main Information / Order status' is 'None'.
The order sales dashboard has also a 'None' status.

1) Why doesn't it get the 'cancelled' status everywhere ?
2) How to set it to my customise status 'Annulé' ?

Thanks

It should be the same status everywhere. I don't know how you can get different statuses on different pages.
In the configuration of HikaShop, you have the option "Cancelled order statuses". The first one configured there will be set when you cancel your order in PayPal.

It's because I renamed the statuses in french to have the display in the backend.
In Configuration/Cancelled order statuses when I click on Edit, I see a column with Status Name and another with Translated name.
Where to set the Translated Name ?
In System/Order Statuses, there's nothing relating to Translated Name...

Otherwise, I'll check all the statuses settings.
Regards

You should NOT change the names of the statuses via the menu System>Order statuses. You should instead override their translation via a translation override:
www.hikashop.com/en/download/languages.html#modify

Hi nicolas,
thanks for your answer.
I changed back the Order Statuses names to original ones and set Paypal plugin to default parameters (Still with Paypal Sandbox)
The funny thing is that in the backend, my orders are still displayed with the following items

You can see that :
1) Order status 'Créé' is still displayed in french, even if status are renamed to english and that I have no overrides.
Searched all the files, the string is not existing.
Caches are cleared.
Could it be not changed somewhere in a database field ?

2) History numbers is reversed.
I understand that the first step is creation (should be 0) and payment is the following one (should be 1)
Is it correct ?

Regards

1. The order status displayed in the history data is the name of the order status without any translation applied to it.
So since you had it changed to french when the order was created, you still have it in french in the history. So it's the table hikashop_order_history

2. The numbers in the first row are the row numbers. They don't have any meaning :)

1) I looked in table hikashop_history and history_new_status column has a mix of english and "Créé" orders
Orders with Paypal IPs 173.0.82.* have an english status.
Orders with my IP have the french history_new_status.
If I look in table hikashop_config the namekeys 'order_created_status' and 'order_confirmed_status' are still with a config_value with "Créé".
Please rememeber that I corrected status names in configuration 2 days ago.

- I didn't find a table with all these order statuses that I set with configuration
- I don't know how to change properly 'order_created_status' and 'order_confirmed_status'

2) could it be possible to have last event on the bottom of the History list ?

1. These configuration options can be changed in the "main" tab of the configuration. Make sure that you save the configuration so that the new values are taken into account.

2. No. We made the history listing in the reverse order in purpose so that you can see the latest actions at the top, so that you have less scrolling to do.

Thanks Nicolas,
2) OK, maybe you could reverse the '#' numbers ?

1) maybe you should write a warning in Order Status config panel saying Don't translate.
I had to change or re-save all parameters with statuses.

I discovered a new problem now :
When I pay an article becoming free with a coupon, I have no payment checkout step (normal) and the command gets the status confirmed. But the caddy is not cleared, and if I add a new article, the old article is still there and the coupon also !!!

I desesperate and I'm wondering if the best option would be to uninstall Hikashop, loosing all my work and redo everything with the Essential version ??? :(

Thanks for an advice.

We'll remove that numbering column completely as it has no meaning.

Please install and publish that plugin. It should free the cart and the coupon at the end of the checkout when orders are free.

Thanks Nicolas,
will that plugin be integrated in all versions, or is it something to solve my problem before next versions ?

There is already that plugin in the latest version but I added some code to flush the cart in it.

Thanks.
So I assume that this will be included in the following versions and that I won't have to apply it again.
