forgot password

i would like my customer, when he ckick on "forgot password", to receive an email with his password and not a verification code.he receive the email and he can login direvtly.
how can i do?

thats ok, i used resetpassword component, but now, i want to check if the fields of the login form are empty because when they are empty, it redirect me to an error page

this page is not accessible directly.the ip adress is 93.88.241.192.
when you try to login with wrong mail or pass, you are redircted to an error
