Hi there,

When clicking on the 'add-to-cart' button within an article, the popup is blank and displays 'An error occurred'.
Do you know why this is happening? Could I send you a URL to check-out?

Thank you in advance for your time.

Kind regards

Hi boopoo,

We can't reproduce your problem on our end.
Try to download the last hikasop package on our website and install it again.

Then clear your browser cache and the joomla cache (if you use it).

If the problem persist, can you give us a link to your backend and ftp ?

Hi,

We found the problem. We're working on it and we'll publish shortly (before the end of the week hopefully) a new version of HikaShop which fixes it.

Apologies for any ignorance on my part, but where is the best place to see when you have uploaded a new version of hikashop?
Do you always inform people via twitter?

Yes, twitter is the best. We post on twitter about it within minutes of the release.
After a few days/weeks we send a newsletter to all the users but we can't do it right away as it takes time to write the newsletter and all the documentation where the newsletter is pointing to.
