According to PayPal, PayPal Pro is not set up to send a confirmation email to the customer. Only we as the merchant get the confirmation from PayPal.
Here's what we've been receiving: "order created" email from HikaShop, "Payment notification" from PayPal, followed by a "Notification of Payment Received" email from PayPal.
The customer is only getting an "order created" email from HikaShop, and no confirmation of payment received. This leaves the customer wondering if their payment went through.
