Tax on foreign countries

Hello Nicolas,
When customers from foreign countries order something there is no calculation of tax.
How can I set this up?
Should I do this through a custom selection of countries?
Or is otherwise much more simple?

If the taxe rates is the same as for foreign countries, you'll just have to don't set a zone restriction to your taxes.
Else you'll have to :
- Create a new "custom" zone with foreign countries
- Create another tax with this zone.
