Nicholas -

I continue to get "No Shipping Method Found".

I have checked the following:
1. I have made the zone United States and have tested with no zone - either way - I get the same "No Shipping Found"
2. I have selected UPS next day air, second day air and ground
3. The plugin is public and I have re-saved it.
4. I have forced shipping by weight, and my test product has weight of 13lbs.
5. Shipping is part of the checkout process in configuration.
6. I have gone over the FAQs and seem to have everything configures.

Site is atlasboltco.com

Thanks -

Jackie

Hi,

Are you using the latest HikaShop version ?
Did you activate the debug mode on the UPS plugin ? It is possible that your credentials are wrong or an error is pushed but, if the debug mode is not activated, the trace wouldn't be displayed.
Zone is not really required for UPS because the plugin would retrive the address of the current logged user.
You have to check that your customer have a right adresse and yhat your united states country is a valid one (with right 2 & 3 letter codes).

I am using the latest Hikashop version.
I do not see a debug mode on the UPS plugin. Where would I find that? I have looked at the UPS shipping module and the joomla plugin UPS shipping module.
The client's address is correct, and we are using 223 United States of America.

Please see attached screen shots.
What should my next steps be?

Please provide an access to your backend with a link to the product that you use for your tests and we'll look at that.
