reset password problem

I've received a message from a customer - he said that he's tried to reset his password but that the token that was sent is invalid. is there anything I can do to solve this?

hi - please ignore that post as I've just found a different topic in your forum stating that joomla deals with the password changes not hikashop - sorry for wasting your time.
