After upgrading today, i have a problem in the checkout

I can't go to further from the site where to insert address..

This is the fails

it's, but i move the site to: http://fail.billigtfyringsolie.dk , because it's a site where some customers soon will look at..

I have exactly the same problem. I tested the upgrade on localhost and encountered the exact same messages in the checkout, so I will wait with the upgrade of my actual site untill this is fixed. The problem is in a shop with the essential version. I have another shop running the Business version which has been upgraded without this issue.

My is business, but without registration.. On another where we are using registration, there is no problems.. THere I have testet it and it worked

Hi,

I went to your website, added a product to my cart, went to the checkout, registered, selected the payment method, checked the terms and conditions and finished the order.
I wasn't stopped by the checkout at all.

I can see it, bur when I self test it again, wright now, I even can't choose the payment..

Please provide a step by step (which product, which address?) to reproduce the problem and provide a screenshot of your payment methods options.
It's probably that you restricted your payment method to a specific zone and that the zone of your address is outside that zone...

I think I know in which situation the error occurs: My configuration in checkout is workflow "login_address,shipping,payment,confirm_cart_status_fields_terms,end" with no registration, see also the configuration screenprint in the zip-file.

- A customer who has already once done an order will have a record in the database, and cannot register again, see screenprint. No checkout is possible, as he is stopped.
- A new customer can register. In the second screen, shipping, he does get a similar error-message, but this time he is not stopped, and he can proceed to checkout.

I attached screenprints of both situations and of the configuration. Hopefully this clears things up.

Now that I know the error, I realized that my other shop, which I though was upgraded succesfully, does have this problem. If you make an order with email-address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on martinvanthiel.nl/en/fine-art , you will see the same problem occurrs. Only thing is that error reporting is switched off, but you cannot proceed past the first screen where you have to enter address-details.

From frontpage I made the same as you
Here is the way round



Then i check the terms and the bank, after that I go to the checkout (5)


But when i click here nothing happens.. the fails come ( The image is pressed, thats not the screen)


I have tried to unpublish my extra fields, empty the cache both in browser and in backend.
I use J2.5.9 and business 2.1.1

this happend after the upgrade.

I got the fail on 2 sites, the one is just a testingsite..

Are you still working on this issue? As I said in my previous post, the situation in which this occurrs seems clear (no registration with repeating orders for same email-address)

Yes I'm still hoping for a solution on it..
I can see in the debug console, that the user is giving the ID 0, but don't think that s the problem.

I was able to reproduce and fix the problem on our end.

Please download again the latest version on our website and install it again on yours and it will fix the issue.

I am seeing a similar issue -- no "next" option on page to enter shipping and payment info -- and the reinstall did not change anything. Other suggestions?
