Hi,

Users are not able to register, nothing happens when users click the register button. We faced this issue together and you quickly resolved it as there was a mistake in my workflow, but this time i have no idea what is wrong, i have users complaining they can't register from any brower. As you can imagine, this is a nightmare.

Thanks in advance for the support

Could you replace the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/field.php by the one in the archive. That might help.

I had to use a different FTP client for some reason in order to replace thsi file.. so i't sdone but same old problem, it's not reacting when we register and click and submit the form.. Could it be the permissions, maybe something has changed after touching the configuration access level area.. the files are set to 0644. should it be set to 755? I went back to the configuration access level settings and put it back to the default.. Thanks again

Then that error "Fatal error: Call to a member function getFields() on a non-object in .........path to/mydomain.com/components/com_hikashop/views/product/view.html.php on line 1393 " means that the file field.php was not replaced properly.

thank you, yes indeed for some reason the FTP client software didn't want to process the request.. just odd.... but i finally replaced the field.php file with the one suggested here, and it stays in the same state where there is no reaction when trying to submit the form from the joomla login module, otherwise if we include a product in the cart and process the form it's all fine. Also, do you have an idea if we'd normally be able to process a purchase from a smartphone?

Could you try to turn off the span processing option of your template ?

You can process purchases from a smartphone. It's the same as with a PC.
