My client want to a put discount on certain product, for example in this case in particular, he want to put pizza 16 inch with 2 topping for 11.95 and free 2 liter Soda, how possibly i can do that, thanks

A solution can be to directly use an auto-loaded coupon and set the :
- "Minimum number of products" option to 2
- "Products" option to your Pizza 160 inch
- "Flat amount" option to the price of the 2L Soda.

I dont think so it work, and here is why

First the customer will choose thin crust but then there is more options ( size) then he has to add the topping which is 2 topping then 2 liter soda for 11.95, please help me, thanks
