problems with checkout

I have the cart set to:

Login - No
Registration - No Registration

Not sure if some users are getting confused or if there is a browser issue, but we're getting consistent complaints that the "coninue" button does not show up at the bottom of the page when the customer is ready to complete the transaction. I'm going to paste in a couple of emails we have recently received.



"I’m trying to place an order on line and have set up an account accordingly. The problem is however that I have not had the opportunity to input my credit card details and when trying to process the cart I get caught in a loop with the message ‘No payment methods found’ with no way to enter these details.Could you please advise how I can make payment and have the order processed as the items are quite urgent.

"I also received the following email from another customer… Hello, I recently tried to order a Covey&Paddle shirt. Upon checkout, I filled out a the necessary information to register an account and hit register. I received no activation link in my email. I also checked my spam folder. Then I went through the process again filling out my credit card information, but I couldn't find a submit button to process the order. All I saw was a continue shopping button which only redirected me to the homepage."

Hi,

Do you have some restrictions on your payment methods ? Like zone or currency restriction ?
Do you have a link to your website ?

I do have some restrictions on the payment method. That must the the issue.

Hi,

Yes, it's probably that you restricted your payment methods to only some currencies, or only some zones, or only some shipping methods and thus users not with these currencies,zones or shipping methods are not able to select any payment methods as they are filtered.

You should check that in your payment methods options screen.
