Guys:

Currently I have hikashop running on my site, displayed as 3 columns for the best viewing on most computers on my full browser site.
Approx 40% of my traffic is mobile devices, and the site is poor for these. Hence why I am trying to launch a mobile template.

I am trying to run a JTouch plugin with JTouch mobile template on Jumlar 2.5.9

I can get all my content into the mobile template with no problems except for Hikashop.
How do I get hikashop to be one column on a mobile template but still remain as 3 columns in
the full site?

The site is www.territorydayfireworks.com.au if you want to look at the full browser version.

Hi,

HikaShop is responsive thanks to Bootstrap.
If your template uses bootstrap, you can activate the "bootstrap design mode" in the HikaShop configuration and so, HikaShop will be displayed correctly in mobile devices.

Thanks Jerome. I am working on trying to get my template working with bootstrap, but if I cant, is there another option?
eg like forcing a single column for one template and leaving the other as it is?

Hi,

HikaShop have view overrides and these overrides are per template.
So you can change some views for your specific template and modify the html, some classes and attributes, to have a complete different design.

Thanks Jerome.
Can you direct me to where to find the view overrides and where to set per template?
Is this in the help menu at all to save some time?
We have been hunting for a way to override per template but have been struggling to find it.

Hi,

In the HikaShop backend: Display > Views.
You can use filters at the top right in order to select the template where you want to create your overrides.
