Hi,

Please replace the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/filter.php with the one in this archive, which includes several patch, and that should hopefully help.

Dear Nicolas,

We replaced the file, still the same error. This is the scenario detailed as best as possible.

- We have three filters at: dev.endvector.com/en/store-en/category/52-nvidia
- Manufacturer filter is configured to be "Applied on", "Brands"
- Chipset Nvidia & Memory filters are configured to "Applied on", "Custom Fields" configured for each product.
- If you select only Chipset Nvidia & Memory in the filter the result will show null, even though there are items that meet the criteria, as the Dynamic Display only displays the available values, otherwise the list would be a lot longer. If you first select the Manufacturer, and then either Chipset Nvidia or Memory the filter will work, but this is useless for our future user experience.
- Only when we configure the Manufacture filter as a "Custom Fields" we are able use the filters individually that is basically our main goal. The thing is that creating the additional "Custom Fields" with the manufacturer information is redundant as the information is already in the database and just creates a lot of overhead...

Thanks for picking this up.

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply :

If you select only Chipset Nvidia & Memory in the filter the result will show null, even though there are items that meet the criteria, as the Dynamic Display only displays the available values, otherwise the list would be a lot longer. If you first select the Manufacturer, and then either Chipset Nvidia or Memory the filter will work, but this is useless for our future user experience.

I just tested it through your website and it worked fine when I selected the "Chipset Nvidia" and then the Memory, did you managed to solve your issue ?
