Hi
1) In this page , the first capture screen show 2 items with "Hikashop product tag XXX plugin". By installing the last hikashop version ( first free) , only "Hikashop product tag insertion plugin" appear not "Hikashop product tag translation plugin". could someone explain why ?

2) What is the relation/difference beetween Article ( Joomla) and Product ( Hikashop) ?
3) Does hikashop is compatible with joomfish ?
4) Does joomfish is compatible with Joomla 25 ?
5) which ( image,price ?,cart ?, tva ?, summary, description,brand, availaibility) and where ( table name) are store the informations about one product in RBDMS database ?
6) is there an easy way to import/export table content of product in database to make them available to hikashop / joomla ?
7) can we add custom input form to the default product definition ( when create a specific kind of product) and make access to any of them using joomla search form ?
8) Is there available link to third company that use hikashop for their bussines instead of the demo web page ? i search something like this page but for hikashop .

Hi,

1. It's called HikaShop product insert. The name has not yet been changed (it will in next version of HikaShop).

2. A Joomla article is displayed by Joomla and is just text. A HikaShop product has a text in its description, but also prices, weight and dimensions, quantity, add to cart button, etc.

5. The product data is stored in the hikashop_product table. The order summary data is stored in the hikashop_order and the hikashop_order_product tables. The product price data is stored in the hikashop_price table. The cart data is stored in the hikashop_cart and hikashop_cart_product tables.

7. Yes. You can do that with HikaShop Essential and HikaShop Business by creating a custom product field via the menu Display->Custom fields. Then, in the HikaShop product search plugin, you can select these custom fields for the search.
