Hi,

There indeed seems to be a problem with your XLS, but we don't have the problem on our end when we export a XLS of the orders. The XLS we get is correct.
Could you explain how you generate the XLS ? With a mass action ? How did you configure the mass action ? Could you provide a screenshot of its settings ?

Thanks for quick response.
I got same issue using mass action or using Export function.
Orders are displayed correctly on the page, but the unicode data was not correctly exported.
Please see attached.

Hi,

Can you provide the CSV that you get when you click on the "export" button of the orders listing ?

Hi,

I've opened the CSV on my end and it displays just fine:
take.ms/dcEma
So the problem is actually with how you're openning the CSV.
Please make sure that you're openning it with the UTF8 encoding and it should display fine.

You are right. The default encoding is not in Unicode, I have explicitly import the CSV and specify UTF as encoding format and it shows correctly. Thanks for help.
