Hi there

I have exported the products (About 3500) after i sat that many of them needed changes in the "price_access"
After modifing to the right ID, i import it again.
Then it messes up the category and picture links.

What can i do about it?

The change is in the "price_access" from all to ,6,7,2,8,

Best regards
Brian

Import the CSV with only the product_code and price_value, price_... and price_access columns via a mass action with a CSV filter and that should do the update without touching the categories or images.

Okay.

But i do not understand that can mess up, i only have exported and changed the price_access from all.
That should not make that mess with the category and path to images.
Even if i take a csv file and use it on a similar site. it mess up whitout any changes?

Im not sure how to make the import with only the product_code and price_value, price_

Hi,

You need to have the product_code or product_id column in the csv file, else it can't update the values correctly.
It is not possible to have only the price columns

Hi,

I'm sorry but I don't understand your question. What do you mean by "that is a new column" ? A custom product field ?

Hi,

HikaShop supports both semi colons and commas as separators. Other software might only support one or the other.
