Import CSV - images don't show up

Hello,

I'm pretty new to Hikashop, but I can't figure it out. I created an excell that i convert to csv. My products are created, but the images don't shop up with them.

I import the csv, the products are createrd. I upload the pictures in hikashop/upload.

I don't get them to link with the articles. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Did you uploaded them in the folder images/com_hikashop/upload ?
Make sure that the filename has the exact same case, the extension as well.

If that doesn't help, please provide a row of the CSV and a link to the product page of that product so that we can analyze the situation.
