Give CSV Improved a try. Very easy and powerful to use to export your data into whatever format you want. We've had no problems using the files it generates in Excel. csvimproved.com/

It's an extra extension, but well worth it for the time it saves.

Hi,

The results are not placed in the same column.
It's just that you don't open the CSV properly in Excel.

Note that you can also change the CSV separator setting of the HikaShop configuration to use the separator that your Excel version prefers so that you will be able to just double click on the file and it will open correctly.
Otherwise, you can also use LibreOffice Calc which is a free alternative to Excel and which lets you choose the separator when you open a CSV with it.
