Lost the entire United States!

Having a problem with our deployment of hikashop on www.sho-mespeed.com . When a new customer registers and enters his/her address, the entire United States is missing. It can't be selected.

I did the initial install and build for this client, and the client has done a fantastic job of picking up the reins and moving forward with the site. Because of that there are often more than one of us doing admin work on the site and because of that it is likely that one of us has done something that has caused this, but both of us together can't seem to fix it.

Can someone take a look? I am happy to proved admin access to the site if you need it.

Be sure to check that in System->Zones, the "United States" entry has not be accidental "unpublished" (red circle at far right of entry), or that its type has been changed to something other than "country". You can enter "United" in the filter field at top to do a quick search. If it is really not there, it may have been inadvertently deleted.
