Hello

Is there a way to apply the coupon also on the shipment fee to pay 0?

I have a coupon of 26 euro

the product costs 19.90 and the shipment 6.2 = total 26.1 euro

It seems hika applyies the coupon only for the product.

Many thanks for your help

Hi,

1. The option "Coupon PERCENTAGE applies to product only" is only applied to coupons with percentage.

2. Regarding your "discount on shipment fee" problem I think that you'll probably find your answer there .

Hope this will help you.

Hello

I finally bought AWOcoupon :) (I use HIKA 1.6.0).

To be able to apply the discount to the entire amount of the order (including shipping fee) is necessary to use a GIFT CERTICATE and this is fine.

I can select the COUPON but when i try to close the order i receive an error:

Do you know why?
The strange thing is that HIKA creates the order and sends the confermation email, but it seems it is not able to complete in the right way the transaction.

I am testing the extension on my TEST env ( www.labs.madeinvino.it ) If you need to access the backend please let me know.

Thanks for your help!

UPDATE1): I increased the Joomla error reporting level to MAXIMUM and now I receive this error:
"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/madeinv1/public_html/labs/components/com_hikashop/views/product/tmpl/cart.php on line 342"
is there a problem with HIKA or something else?

UPDATE2): I installed the extension also in production to verify if the problem is the same.
In production the extension is working but i receive these errors:

I haven't changed the Joomla error reporting level (that is "System Default")
If I disable the "Hikashop - AwoCoupon" plugin i don't receive any more error.
(at the moment the Plug in is disabled in production)

Hi,

I think that your memory limit to "32MB" could be a little bit low.
In general cases, 32MB would be fine but Joomla could easily use between more than 20MB.
So, increasing your PHP memory limit on your testing server could be a good solution.

After that, the warnings are not critical and have been fixed in the latest version of HikaShop.

Thank you

For the live env. Do you suggest to set the error reporting level to "none" or could you indicate how to fix the warning without upgrade the hika version?
If the fix it simple For the moment I prefer to do that instead of upgrade hika, in the future when I have more time I will start testing the upgrade from version 1.6.0 to 2.0.0

Hi,

You can set a lower reporting level in order to not display warning messages.
It is just warnings, not errors.

The lower level is none.

Do I have to set to none?

Hi,

If you are in production mode, you can set in to none.
