USPS Shipping Plugin Error

After installing the latest Hikashop business, during checkout I get the following errors on occasion.

Okay, I sent it. I also noticed that the plugin rates don't match USPS website rates. Is this based on my USPS webtools ID?

I think that the USPS rates are based on a lot of things like your source/destination address, weight, dimensions... The USPS shipping plugin wasn't originally developed by us but we planned to change it completely in our TODO list .

I tested it through your website and it seems to be working fine, did you solved it ?

The problem seems to be periodic and/or when you login as an existing user, add product to cart, then go to checkout and if you don't have a billing address it seems these errors happen. I will detail the exact steps if I see it again. Plus I had error reporting turned on and it's off now.

As far as the USPS rates, if you go to USPS website and enter the exact source/destination, the rates are not the same as the Hikashop plugin. Was wondering why? Example, USPS plugin express mail says 35.90 and USPS website says 39.95 for two USA zip codes that I entered to test.

This plugin should mirror what USPS requires otherwise we loose money on shipping. That's a big problem. Please update this plugin to work better.

Thanks for your participation, and as I said in my previous posts we already planned to completely change the USPS shipping plugin (It's on our TODO list).

Please help I purchased business version of hika shop and i seen where you have helped someone with the usps plugin as i am also getting errors can you please help me

Someone else had the same kind of issue with the USPS shipping method, so I think that you'll find some information there :

I'm also getting the "USPS error: 80040b1a Authorization failure. You are not authorized to connect to this server.
Failed to obtain shipping quotes." error when I do it with your account, but it's working fine with my account, I think that you should contact USPS about this issue.
