Product Image not found on product page

Hi,

I configured the images to show up like this (on the back-end): screencast.com/t/oTxnLHiuPN

I set the max width on 320px and the max height on 202px for the product page.

If you take a look at this product: madecostarica.com/en/shop/p/154-bolso-ho.../category_pathway-87

you will see that hikashop is looking for the image in upload/thumbnail_202x320 but in this case the first image is located in upload/thumbnail_197x320/

How can this be fixed? if I'm setting a max width and a max height it doesn't mean that all images will have those exact dimensions.

Hi,

Which version of HikaShop do you have ?
The latest version create only one folder, the folder with the size of your paramters. Not one folder by image size (depending on their ratio).
So try to install the latest version of hikaShop, and if you already have it, try to remove this image and upload it again.
