Parsing syntex error

I am using php 5.322 / joomla 3.0.3
template use : Default protostar joomla 3.
Hikashop 2.1.0


Whenever i save a view / css file .
there is a "\" infront of the sign.

please help help . got stuck on my work .
the [\'] is everywhere.

any idea how to fix this ? thank you .

still have this in joomla.
