HikaShop registration form field "state" is hidden

Hello,

augustusdrugclass.com/alcohol-drug-awareness-class, click add-to-cart to get to the registration form. Notice that the "state" field is missing. It never worked when I installed hikashop. New users can't register because of this. Its delaying my project. Can someone help with this asap!?
