Authorize.net Error

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message
I am getting double orders on half of my checkout customers. I can not reproduce it but my customers are telling me that when they go to check out the page errors out but it is still completing the order causing the customer to try multiple times.

any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Firstly can you download the last Hikashop version, install it, and test it again ? (Note that making a backup is always a good security).
Also, can you give us more information about the error that your customers are having before completing their order ?
