Bug with delivery buttons in IE9

I've been testing my website on the different browsers and as expected Internet Explorer is causing a problem...specifically with the delivery buttons (I wish people would stop using Internet explorer - would have so much more time to spend working on other websites :( ). Can anyone help me to try and fix this please?
