Where to find Terms & Conditions entry

where to find the Terms & Conditions entry in the main configuration? In 2.2.3 is a new setting for the popup size but I can't find the entry in the config.

Ok, found.....but that's really really hidden. I would expect it in HIKASHOP > SYSTEM > CART under the entry for the Article-ID of the terms & conditions page. But not in the popup where to choose the Article-ID.

You misunderstood me.
1. I meant HIKASHOP > SYSTEM > CHECKOUT (not CART)
2. The problem is not that the entry is in checkout, the problem is that the setting for the 'terms & conditions' popup dimensions appears in the popup where you select the Article-ID to the terms & conditions.

Look at the screenshots to see what I mean. Screen1 should be in Screen2.
