Upload/Upgrade Starter to Essential

Hi!
I have a problem trying to upgrade the version starter to essential in joomla since extension manager, just can see the upload in the server at 100% but don't appears any message.

What can I do?

Hi,

You can try a different package, we propose the "tar.gz" and the "zip" formats.
If it still don't work, there is a procedure to install component using FTP.
