reinstall hikashop 2.2.3

after uninstalling impossible to install new version
error "1146 Table 'hikashop_config' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT * FROM hikashop_config"

tried -->

DELETE FROM `jos_menu` WHERE link LIKE '%com_hikashop%';
DELETE FROM jos_extensions WHERE element = 'com_hikashop';
DELETE FROM jos_assets WHERE name='com_hikashop';

all tables hikashop have been deleted , error install why ? ?
