Login form layout on Hikashop.com

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : XXXXX x.x.x
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

Good day, how do I change the login form similar to what you have on Hikashop.com.
Ie the login without the extra forget password, forgot username.

Any assistance shall be greatly appreciated

We used the Joomla login module that we customized with an override.
